Meet Justin Givens
Founded by Kansas City native Justin Givens, Jemco Solutions Group, LLC was built on experience, craftsmanship, and a deep passion for the trucking and heavy equipment industry.
Justin developed an early interest in vehicle restoration and automotive repair through technical training in auto body collision repair during high school. That hands-on foundation created a lasting appreciation for precision, attention to detail, and pride in every finished product.
After continuing his education at Metropolitan Community College–Maple Woods while playing collegiate baseball, Justin entered the workforce full-time and began what has become a 14-year career in the diesel and heavy truck industry.
Over the years, he gained extensive experience as a diesel technician before transitioning into leadership and operations management. He currently serves as a Service Manager with Peterbilt Motors Company, overseeing operations, customer service, and maintenance support within the heavy-duty trucking industry.
Driven by a passion for semi trucks, fleet equipment, and restoration work, Justin founded Jemco Solutions Group to combine years of technical experience with a commitment to helping customers protect and improve their investments. Today, Jemco Solutions Group specializes in professional fleet washing, aluminum restoration, oxidation removal, asphalt contamination cleanup, interior detailing, surface recovery, and commercial fleet appearance services.
As a husband and father of five, Justin understands the importance of integrity, reliability, and building a business customers can trust. Every project completed by Jemco Solutions Group is backed by hard work, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering results that stand out.
